At the helm of Ohkay Studio is Kristin Kuhl, Owner and consultant who is the driving force behind the business. With a wealth of experience and a passion for helping businesses thrive, I am dedicated to providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. My hands-on approach ensures that every project receives the personal attention and expertise it deserves.

I have an impactful background in project management and people operations. Serving most recently as Director of People & Culture where I partnered with company Leadership on organizational design, recruiting, compensation, talent development, and more. My experience also encompasses positions such as People Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Accounts and various titles within account management, marketing and project management roles. I hold an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Oregon State University and a BS in Communications from California State University Fullerton as well as an International Business certificate and Green Business certificate. I am a SHRM-CP certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.
